Peanut Butter & Chocolate Frownies
I have been on a mission to create some healthy, vegan sweets and I think I may have found something perfect for everyone. I often bring my creations into the office after a weekend of baking but sadly no one was overly excited to try my raw, vegan brownies. So much so that one of my collegues shouted out they should be called frownies! How rude! Reluctantly, everyone tried one and in the end they all smiled suprised how good a brownie could be without butter, sugar, eggs and flour. Trust me, you need to give these a try, I promise you they are so moist, gooey and yummy and I am sure they’ll make your family smile!

What is cacoa powder?
Cacao Powder is made from pressing the nibs into a paste. This removes the fat, further concentrating the minerals and antioxidants, and deepening both the taste and color.
Cacao is one of nature’s most powerful superfoods. Unprocessed in its whole-food form, Cacao delivers an abundance of antioxidants and nutrients that positively impact brain and cardiovascular health. What’s more, Cacao also enhances the effectiveness of other minerals and nutrients in the body.
